Kerry Rhodes was confused with his jets jersey and not sure about his future with the Jets.
He had not started seven weeks ago, people questioned his commitment not being physical enough. “It was tough,” Rhodes said Thursday. “For me, I’ve been a guy who’s been an All-Pro type of player here. I’ve been a player who has made plays here. The uncertainty of not knowing my role, I don’t think anybody wants that. I think everybody wants to know what their role is and what they’re looked upon to do for their individual team.” As Rhodes found hid position again, he will be match up with defensive coordinator Mike Pettine and his responsibility is blanketing Chargers tight end Antonio Gates at San Diego on Sunday.
